Association PACs are among those political action
committees now required to file a new disclosure form for lobbyist bundled
contributions. The requirement stipulates that reporting committees must file
bundling disclosure reports on FEF Form 3L if they receive two or more bundled
contributions exceeding the “reporting threshold” of $16,000 for 2009.
