Jim has more than 25 years of business management experience and 20+ years of experience in technology, project management, change management, and business operations. For the past 11 years, Jim has supported the AHA by identifying innovation ways information and technology can be leveraged to achieve desired business results—guiding business units in using best practices for business process improvement, technology selection, business care development, and business intelligence analytics. Jim previously was a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice. He has helped large national and multi-national companies implement strategic best practices, deploy ERP systems, mergers and acquisitions, and operation consolidations. Jim hold certifications in project management, human resources, Six Sigma, Baldrige and ITIL. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, the American Society of Association Executives, the American Society of Healthcare Human Resource Administrators, and the Association Forum of Chicagoland—currently chairing its Information Technology Shared Interest Group.
